Serious Mental Health Care, Led by Medicine and Grounded in Compassion

Therapeutic Infusions is a physician-led psychiatric clinic providing comprehensive mental health care, including advanced treatments such as ketamine infusions and Spravato®.

The clinic was founded to address a gap we see every day: people whose mental health needs are not fully met by standard care alone. Sometimes that means individuals who have struggled for years. Other times, it means people earlier in their journey who want thoughtful, attentive psychiatric care from the start.

Our work is guided by two principles:

  • Clinical rigor matters
  • Patients deserve to be understood, not rushed

Therapeutic Infusions | Ketamine Therapy in Delaware

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver thoughtful, medically rigorous psychiatric care — from standard evaluations and medication management to advanced, evidence-based treatments — while treating each patient with seriousness, honesty, and respect.

We aim to:

  • Offer real options, not one-size-fits-all protocols
  • Combine medical expertise with human understanding
  • Provide care that is safe, deliberate, and well-supervised
  • Meet patients where they are, not only when everything else has failed

Why Therapeutic Infusions Exists

Modern mental health care often forces people into narrow lanes: brief appointments, limited follow-up, or rigid treatment paths that don’t account for complexity.

Therapeutic Infusions was created to be different. We serve patients who may:

  • Be seeking comprehensive psychiatric care and medication management
  • Be exploring advanced treatments like ketamine or Spravato®
  • Need closer medical supervision than typical outpatient settings provide
  • Want time, explanation, and clinical judgment — not just prescriptions

Some of our patients come to us after trying multiple treatments. Others come earlier, looking for a more careful, integrated approach. Both are welcome here.

Physician-Led, Safety-Driven Care

All medical treatments at Therapeutic Infusions are overseen by experienced physicians and delivered in a fully equipped clinical setting. Our standards reflect a background in high-acuity medicine and include:

  • Continuous monitoring during infusion-based treatments
  • Medical-grade equipment and emergency preparedness
  • ACLS-trained staff and clear safety protocols
  • Clinical decision-making based on experience, not trends

We approach psychiatric treatment with the same seriousness as any other medical intervention — because it is one.

A Thoughtful, Integrated Approach

Mental health rarely exists in isolation.

Effective care often involves coordination between medical treatment, therapy, and ongoing psychiatric support.

We do not believe in siloed care or unnecessary complexity. When additional support is helpful, we collaborate with trusted professionals who share our commitment to patients.

Who We Serve

Therapeutic Infusions works with adults seeking:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and care
  • Medication management with appropriate follow-up
  • Advanced treatments such as ketamine infusions or Spravato®
  • A medically supervised, safety-first clinical environment
  • Providers who take the time to listen and explain

Every patient begins with an individualized clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate path forward.

Our Commitment

Many people come to us feeling uncertain — about treatment, about outcomes, or about whether they will be taken seriously. We don’t promise quick fixes. We don’t minimize the complexity of mental health.

We commit to care that is careful, medicine that is intentional, and patients who are treated as people, not protocols.
