Psychedelic Coaching

Make Meaning from Your Experience

Psychedelic coaching is a structured, supportive process that helps you integrate your experiences with ketamine or other psychedelic treatments into your daily life. It bridges the gap between treatment and transformation—turning temporary relief into lasting change.

This is not long-term therapy. It’s a focused partnership designed to help you:

  • Make sense of what came up during your sessions
  • Identify patterns, emotions, and ideas worth exploring
  • Translate insight into action
  • Stay grounded and accountable in the days and weeks following treatment

How It Works

Sessions are available virtually or in-person, depending on your preferences and schedule. Coaching is often recommended:

  • Before beginning ketamine treatment, to clarify your intentions
  • Between sessions, to reflect and adjust in real time
  • After your treatment series, to keep momentum going

Each session is tailored to your needs, drawing from evidence-based practices in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and behavioral change strategies. Our coaches work alongside your medical team to ensure your care is safe, aligned, and cohesive.

Who You’ll Work With

Our coaches are trained in trauma-informed approaches to psychedelic support and are deeply familiar with the healing process that can unfold during ketamine treatment. They bring a compassionate, grounded presence to every session—and they work under the guidance of our experienced psychiatric and medical team.

Because we are a clinical setting, our coaching is always coordinated with your care plan. You won’t be left to figure things out alone.
