ADHD Treatment in Wilmington: Personalized Care for Focus, Motivation, and Balance

Published on: 30 Sep 2025

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) isn’t just about distraction or restlessness. For adults, it can look like chronic overwhelm, lost motivation, unfinished projects, or the sense that life constantly feels one step out of reach.

At Therapeutic Infusions, we take a personalized, evidence-based approach to ADHD treatment - one that looks at the full person, not just a checklist of symptoms.

Understanding ADHD in Adults

ADHD often continues long past childhood. Yet many adults go undiagnosed, mislabeling their symptoms as stress, anxiety, or poor time management. The result is years of unnecessary frustration and self-doubt.

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners (PNPs) are trained to recognize how ADHD shows up differently from person to person - whether that means difficulty sustaining attention, impulsivity, mental fatigue, or emotional swings. Their role is to help you understand what’s really happening and find strategies that work for your life.

A Collaborative Evaluation

Your first appointment isn’t a quick medication visit. It’s an in-depth conversation about your history, habits, environment, and goals. We take time to understand how ADHD affects your daily routines, relationships, and sense of control.

From there, your provider develops a personalized plan that may include:

  1. Medication management with careful monitoring and adjustments over time
  2. Behavioral strategies to strengthen focus and executive functioning
  3. Lifestyle support addressing sleep, stress, and nutrition - all of which play a role in attention and motivation
  4. Ongoing follow-up to refine your plan as your needs evolve

More Than Medication

Medication can be effective, but it’s not the only piece of the puzzle. Our approach emphasizes both structure and self-awareness - helping patients not only improve focus, but also build balance, confidence, and long-term coping skills.

Each of our PNPs was selected for their ability to engage patients in meaningful dialogue. They combine clinical precision with genuine empathy, creating space for you to talk openly about your challenges without judgment.

Accessible Care, Thoughtful Guidance

With virtual and in-person appointments available, accessing ADHD treatment in Delaware has never been easier. You won’t wait months to be seen, and you’ll work with providers who take the time to listen, explain, and adapt your care to your real-world needs.

Support for Every Stage

ADHD doesn’t look the same at 17 as it does at 47 - and it shouldn’t be treated that way. Whether you’re managing academic challenges, workplace stress, or the mental fatigue that comes with years of masking, our team helps you find clarity, direction, and renewed motivation.

If you’ve been told to “just focus harder,” there’s a better way forward. At Therapeutic Infusions, we offer ADHD treatment designed for real life - grounded in medical expertise, compassion, and a deep respect for what makes each patient unique.

Meet the Team Behind the Care

Every provider at Therapeutic Infusions shares one goal: to offer care that is as personal as it is professional. Led by Dr. Joseph Raziano, a board-certified emergency physician with decades of experience, and Jeanne-Marie Raziano, DMin, whose background in ministry informs the clinic’s deep commitment to understanding and healing, our psychiatric nurse practitioners bring insight, compassion, and skill to every appointment.

Their work reflects a simple truth: real progress comes from connection - and from care that treats the person, not just the diagnosis.
