Our psychiatric nurse practitioners provide care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and other common psychiatric concerns. If you're unsure whether we’re a good fit, we’re happy to talk it through.
No. You don’t need to be a ketamine patient to receive therapy or medication management here. These services are available on their own or as part of a broader treatment plan.
In most cases, not much. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners are licensed to diagnose, prescribe, and provide therapy - much like a psychiatrist would. What sets us apart is the time and attention we are able to give each patient, and the continuity of care you receive with the same provider.
Only if it’s appropriate for your care plan - and only if you’re comfortable with it. Many patients benefit from a combination of therapy and medication, but we’ll work with you to find what’s right for you.
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive evaluation where we get to know you, your history, and your goals. We’ll discuss your symptoms, past treatments, and current needs. From there, we’ll recommend a treatment plan that could include therapy, medication, or both.
That depends on your needs. Some people see us weekly for therapy. Others come in every few weeks for medication follow-up. We’ll create a cadence that works for your goals, schedule, and comfort.
Yes. With your permission, we’re happy to collaborate with your therapist, primary care doctor, or other mental health professionals. You shouldn’t have to be the one connecting all the dots.
We can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurer, but at this time, we do not accept insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. We're happy to discuss cost or help with superbills if needed.
We offer both in-person and virtual appointments, depending on what works best for you. Some people prefer the consistency and focus of meeting face-to-face, while others appreciate the convenience of remote care. We’ll work together to find the right fit.
Yes. You can come to us for talk therapy alone, without medication. We’ll never pressure you into a treatment path that doesn’t feel right to you.
Unfortunately, many people come to us after feeling dismissed, rushed, or not truly heard. We take that seriously. Our goal is to rebuild trust by offering care that feels respectful, consistent, and grounded in real partnership.
